OOT bags
I finally ordered some from www.ingreetings.com. They were $0.83 each, and under $40 with shipping for $40 bags. They're not the highest quality, but there's nothing wrong with them either. They're just a smidge thin. I ordered the black ones, by the way.
What to put in them?
There's a ton of stuff I want to put IN them:
Drinks:
Water Bottles with custom labels
Nip sized bottle of bourbon - I found an awesome deal at Liquor Barn. 10 nips for $6. It's the Evan Williams Honey Reserve Bourbon Liqueur, so it's not straight bourbon, but Maker's Mark was nearly $3/nip. I just couldn't do that to my budget.
Ale-8-One -- Local KY soda
I wish I could get a small bottle of KY wine, but nobody bottles it that way. Boo.
Snacks:
CheezeIts - bought in bulk at Sams & packaged down into cello bags
Chocolate Chip Cookies - bought in bulk at Sams, already packaged in pairs.
Bourbon Balls (Kentucky candy)
Modjeska's
Blue Mondays
microwave popcorn
Misc:
Tylenol
Brochure of places to eat, things to do, etc.
Brochure of things we're doing in the days before/after that guests are invited to
Details about the shuttle to/from the wedding
Soap -- I made soap. Sorta.

Handmade Soap
I made basic melt & pour soap shaped like horseshoes for our OOT bags. I think it turned out pretty cute!
Kentucky Candies
Each OOT bag gets a bag with local candies - a Blue Monday, 2 Modjeskas, and 2 Bourbon Balls. I included a card with a description of each candy, which candy company they're from, and a recipe for making Bourbon Balls at home on the back. If you want to use that, here's the PDFs - they print 4 to a page, 3x4 inches each.
The bourbon balls (from Ruth Hunt) are in a 2-piece truffle box in the bottom of a cello bag (also from Nashville Wraps - LOVE that website!), the Modjeskas were hand wrapped in wax paper by the nice ladies at Muth's Candies in downtown Louisville, and the Blue Mondays are individually packaged by Ruth Hunt normally. (Note - I got the bourbon balls in bulk boxes and packaged them myself - MUCH cheaper.) I put it all in the cello bag to keep the bourbon balls and modjeska's fresh.
