We finally had our tasting last night (and got home just as the snow started to come down!) so we now have a set menu - although the side dishes are TBD. The entrees are set.

Relish and Crudite (with French Onion and Ranch dips)

Mixed Green Salad with Choice of Dressing (Buttermilk, French, Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette- Placed on Table)

Grilled Chicken Breast With Pesto Cream Sauce

Oh, and there's a late night snack too.
We're going to do two kinds of sliders (burgers and pulled pork BBQ) AND fries with cool dipping sauces.
The best part:
In addition to regular fries, we're having funnel cake fries! They. are. awesome. (Technically, the chef still has to find a supplier for them, but he is confident that's not an issue.)
