Flowers
Definitely want to use bi-color roses, and hopefully dahlias as well.
Overall, we need:
- Bridal bouquet - handtied
- 3 bridesmaids bouquets - handtied
- no bouts (military wedding)
- flowers for the mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and two grandmothers. Something simple, not fussy.
- flowers to top the cake
- Centerpieces: approx. 15 tables.
Centerpieces
I really like this shape. The flowers in the arrangement are all fine, but I'd like some dahlias, and to swap the roses for the bi-color ones pictured above.
I really, really like this one but would prefer round vase to square. And. . . we probably have to skip the orchids. I think they're too pricey. I do like having the peachy dahlias in there, though, to lighten the pink.

If the centerpieces at the left are too pricey, we'll go with individual roses and dahlias floated in small rose bowls. We'll put candles in the middle and scattered around.
If we go with mostly candles and limited flowers, we'll go for an effect like this, but with rose/dahlia bowls instead of the bud vases.

Bouquets
I really like the shape of this, and in general the TYPE of flowers selected, although the colors are not all quite right. And. . . probably have to lose the orchids.

The colors are right for the roses and callas. I hate the yellow and the green and the berries, though. And the dahlias are the wrong color.

Bouquet sash/ribbon
I want the bouquets to be hand tied and wrapped with ribbon. For my bouquet, I'm ordering a bouquet sash from The Gartermaker. (Actually, I'm ordering a custom tag for my dress from her too!)
