Invitation, Accommodations, & Map
I put our Invitation, Accommodations, & Map cards all on one page together. The template has very faint gray lines that you'd want to cut on. Or, you can delete the lines & replace with crop marks of your choosing, etc. The conversion to Word doesn't work so well, so I'm not sure if the Accommodations card will be quite right. Overall, the sizes are meant to be:
Invite: 4.5 x 6.5 (to be matted inside the signature pocketfold)
Travel & Accommodations: 3.5 x 6.5
Map: 3.5 x 5.75
RSVP: 3.5 x 5
Fonts used are the same as the RSVP card: Passions Conflict & Minerva Small Caps. Also, the template does NOT include the dahlia graphic. If you're interested in it, let me know and I'll give you the name of the etsy seller I bought it from. You'll want to remove the circle on the invite and use a graphic or your monogram.
Also - my FI is an army officer, so the "Title" on the groom's line is for his rank. If your FI isn't military, you'd remove that and the "United States Army" line just below his name.
UPDATE: Jan 12, 2010 - I have added a second page to the publisher template (not included in the word doc) that allows you to print on the back of the Accommodations and Directions card. If you use the second page, you'll want to play with it to get the printer settings just right.

Want to print on individually pre-cut sheets? Try these files. You WILL need to update the printer settings specific to the exact piece of paper you want to use, and how you do that varies. Mostly, go to File --> Page Setup and click on the Printer and Paper tab.

FYI - My "real" version has the dahlia graphic in the background. The template does not.

6x6 Invite Template
Here's a REALLY basic template, that just has the invite and insert sizes measured out. No words, nothing like that. But, somebody asked & this was all I could put together in the 10 minutes I had available.

RSVP Cards
I designed our RSVP cards so that I could specify the names of invited guests and make it clear that I need to know each individual guest's meal choice in advance (their escort cards will tell the server their meal selection). Available in both Word and Publisher format. Publisher is easier to adjust the margins perfectly, but Word will get the job done. Designed to fit 5 to a page, and to be trimmed to 3.5 x 5.
The original fonts I used are Passions Conflict and Minerva Small Caps. I think Aquarelle is the same as Passions Conflict, and it is available for free here. I haven't found a free version of Minerva Small Caps.
